We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry or manage your booking:

• Contact details — your name and phone number when you reach out via WhatsApp to book a consultation.
• Tattoo preferences — style, placement, size, and reference images you share with us as part of your consultation.
• Communication records — messages exchanged via WhatsApp.
• Basic usage data — page views, session duration, and device type via analytics (see Cookies section). No personally identifiable information is collected at this level.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. All payments are handled in-studio in cash or via UPI.

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your booking enquiry or contact message
• Schedule and manage your consultation or tattoo session
• Send appointment reminders or follow-up care information via WhatsApp
• Improve our website and booking process based on aggregated, anonymised usage data

We do not use your personal data for marketing, send newsletters, or sell or rent your information to any third party for commercial purposes.

To operate this website, we use a small number of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy and is used only for the purpose stated:

• Vercel — website hosting (USA). Processes server logs and request metadata.
• Sanity.io — content management system for portfolio and blog content. No personal user data is stored here.
• WhatsApp (Meta)— when you contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We initiate no unsolicited WhatsApp messages.
• Google Analytics — anonymised website traffic analytics. IP anonymisation is enabled. No cross-site tracking.

We do not authorise any third party to use your personal data for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

WhatsApp conversations related to bookings are retained for up to 3 months to support any follow-up consultations, after which they are no longer actively used.

If you book a session and we proceed, basic records (name, contact, session date) may be retained for up to 5 years as required for legitimate business record-keeping under Indian law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below) unless retention is required by law.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint if you believe your data has been mishandled.

We may photograph completed tattoos for our portfolio on this website and on Instagram. We will always ask for your verbal or written consent before publishing any image that includes identifying features (face, name, or location).

Reference images you share with us during consultation are used only to inform the design process and are never shared publicly without your consent.

If you have previously consented to portfolio use and wish to have an image removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

This website uses a minimal number of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — session and security cookies required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — anonymised Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out extension.
