You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo at Deep Aarchi Tattoo. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent. Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar card, passport, driving licence, or voter ID) will be requested at your first appointment.

If you are unable to provide valid ID, your appointment will be cancelled and any deposit forfeited.

All bookings begin with a consultation — in-person or via WhatsApp — where we discuss your design, placement, size, and expected session time. A booking is confirmed only after both parties agree on the design brief and a deposit is paid.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. The deposit amount will be communicated during your consultation and is deducted from the total session cost.

Final pricing is agreed before your session. Pricing may vary from initial estimates if the design changes significantly at your request. We will always inform you of any price adjustment before proceeding.

Payment for completed sessions is due in full on the day of the appointment, in cash, UPI, or card.

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your ability to receive a tattoo safely. Conditions that may require you to consult a doctor before booking include (but are not limited to):

• Diabetes, blood disorders, or immune deficiencies
• Skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis
• Current use of blood thinners.
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone a session if we believe proceeding may compromise your health or the quality of the result. This decision is final and at the artist’s sole discretion.

Do not arrive at your appointment intoxicated or under the influence of any substance. Sessions will be cancelled for clients who arrive in this state.

Our design process starts with you. Bring references from Pinterest, Instagram, or anywhere else — images that speak to you, a style, a feeling, an idea. Since this tattoo will be on your skin for life, the concept should be entirely yours. We take your references and craft an original design around them, customised in Photoshop until it is exactly right for your skin and placement.

All design discussions happen at the studio in person. We do not share designs in advance via WhatsApp. The finished design is built around your final brief and confirmed before your session begins.

We may photograph completed tattoos for use on our website, Instagram, and in convention portfolios. We will ask for your consent before any photography.

If you agree to photography, you grant Deep Aarchi Tattoo a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use images of the tattoo (not your face or identifying features, unless explicitly consented) for promotional and portfolio purposes.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We will remove images from our website promptly; removal from third-party platforms (Instagram) may take additional time.

Proper aftercare is essential for the healing and longevity of your tattoo. We provide aftercare instructions at the end of every session. Following these instructions is your responsibility.

The studio is not liable for fading, blowouts, infection, or other quality issues that result from failure to follow aftercare guidelines, exposure to sunlight, submerging the tattoo in water, picking or scratching, or other client-side factors.

Healing outcomes can vary depending on skin type, placement, and how well aftercare instructions are followed. We are not responsible for fading, blowouts, or ink retention issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Deep Aarchi Tattoo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service at any time, at the artist’s sole discretion. Reasons may include (but are not limited to):

• The client is intoxicated or under the influence of substances
• The client’s health or skin condition makes tattooing unsafe
• The requested design is offensive, discriminatory, or promotes hate
• The requested placement is medically inadvisable
• The client is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to studio staff
• The artist believes proceeding would compromise the quality of the work

In such cases, the deposit is forfeited. If a session is discontinued mid-way due to client conduct, full payment for the time and work completed may be charged.

All tattoo procedures carry inherent risk. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge that you have been informed of those risks, that you are in suitable health to receive a tattoo, and that you accept personal responsibility for any complications arising from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Deep Aarchi Tattoo operates under strict hygiene protocols and uses single-use, sterile equipment for every session.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the State of Haryana. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or your booking with Deep Aarchi Tattoo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
